Our showroom grand opening is only days away! We can’t wait to see everyone there. Fine Wine & Design will be there filming one of their segments on location in our new showroom. Chef Lou will be preparing delicious hors d’oeuvres and David Newton from Wine Comet will be our sommelier serving Clayhouse wines throughout the evening. RD Hendrickson of Modern Group has begun work on a unique project that will bring a remix of the traditional Bungalow style to Tempe in the form of apartment residences. This commercial building project will blend the old and the new with Bungalow-styled exteriors and cutting-edge modern interior designs (draw up of the project seen below).
The December issue of Arizona Foothills Magazine has hit the shelves and features “Desert Rose,” built by RD Hendrickson of Modern Group. The 1,200 square foot guest home, designed by Est Est, Inc. and Jim Hann, was featured earlier this year in an episode on Fine Wine & Design.
